    We keep prices low by sourcing in bulk and selling direct-to-customer at wholesale events, cutting out the middleman and passing the savings to you.

  • What sizes are your steaks?

    We offer a variety of cuts and thicknesses depending on your budget and preference. Our family bundles include 8 oz, 10 oz, and 16 oz Ribeyes along with sirloins, strips, T-bones, fillets, and more.

  • What’s included in a Truckload or Family Box?

    Each box is packed with value! We carry:

    Steak: Ribeyes, T-bones, New York strips, fillets, sirloins, and steak burgers.

    Chicken: Boneless breasts (plain, garlic & herb, mesquite), tenders, wings, and breaded options.

    Pork: Roasts, tenderloins, pork chops, short ribs, and Italian sausage.

    Seafood: Salmon, catfish, gulf shrimp, Argentine jumbo shrimp, tempura shrimp, lobster, and crab legs.

  • What comes in the seafood bundles?

    Seafood bundles feature a mix of salmon, catfish, gulf shrimp, Argentine jumbo shrimp, tempura shrimp, lobster, and occasionally crab legs or other seasonal specialties

  • How are the products frozen or prepared?

    Every product is flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed at peak freshness, ready to store, thaw, and cook safely — perfect for grilling, freezing, or meal prep.

  • Where is your meat sourced?

    Our beef and poultry are sourced from Florida and Illinois, grass-fed, grain-finished, and USDA inspected and approved for quality and safety.

  • Is this legitimate and safe?

    Yes! All of our products are USDA inspected, graded, and labeled with full ingredient and packaging facility information. We’ve served communities nationwide with safe, high-quality meat for years.

  • Do you offer delivery?

    At this time, we are retail only and sell directly from our truckload sales events — no home delivery yet.

REFUND POLICY

  • What is the refund policy?

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 14 days of customer receipt. Due to the natural variability in beef, seafood and chicken taste and texture, refunds based on personal taste preferences are not covered. To be eligible for a return, you must provide at least 80% of the purchased product - still frozen, sealed and in its original package. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the storage requirements of frozen goods, and the inability for us to verify they were properly handled, we are unable to offer refunds past the seven-day window. To request a refund, please reach out to us on Facebook. a copy of your receipt and reason for the refund. Once your refund is approved, we will then provide instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the returned product must be in its original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for ANY shipping costs associated with returning the product. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our refund policy criteria, we will contact you to make arrangements for processing the refund.
